Job DescriptionLandmark Ventures is looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing work as per project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
• Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Check material requirements and coordinate material availability at the site.
• Monitor labour productivity and manage site manpower effectively.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities.
• Conduct regular quality checks and identify/correct site issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, work progress, and material records.
• Coordinate with project management and report site progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety practices at the site.
• Support quantity measurements, billing, and contractor verification.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
• Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple site activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and construction-related documentation.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and travel locally if required.
