Job Description
- Manage complete body shop operations including denting, painting, accident repair, and insurance work.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and processing.
- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and SOP standards.
- Ensure proper spare parts coordination with parts department.
- Track daily workshop targets, revenue, and profitability.
- Conduct regular team training and performance monitoring.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
