Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day to day financial operations, maintain financial records and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
