Program Counsellor

VASISTA Eduventures is looking for warm, mature and spiritually inclined women to work as Program Counsellors for our Hanuman Chalisa Mandala introductory sessions and 21-day guided devotional program.

This role is particularly suitable for homemakers, former teachers, retired professionals and women who wish to restart their careers through meaningful work from home.

Candidates familiar with the Hanuman Chalisa, Suprabhātam, bhajans, stotras, Hindu mantras or traditional spiritual practices will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who enquire about our devotional programs.
• Understand their interests and explain the program respectfully.
• Invite interested participants to the 90-minute introductory session.
• Send session details and reminders through WhatsApp.
• Follow up with participants after the introductory session.
• Explain the 21-day program, books, schedule and fees.
• Assist participants with registration, payment and onboarding.
• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
• Provide warm participant support without aggressive selling.

• Basic RequirementsGood spoken Kannada
• Basic spoken English is preferred
• Knowledge of Hanuman Chalisa, Suprabhātam, stotras or Hindu traditions

• Ability to work for 4–6 fixed hours daily
