HR Manager – Roles and ResponsibilitiesAn HR Manager (Human Resources Manager) is responsible for managing the organization's workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing employee policies, and creating a productive work environment.

  • Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Recruitment and StaffingPlan manpower requirements with department heads.
