Shree Shyam Hotels is a growing hotel chain looking for confident, well-groomed and guest-friendly Front Office Staff to join our team in Mussoorie.

👤 ELIGIBILITYWe are looking for candidates who have:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass

✅ Basic English communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of the hotel/hospitality industry

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Pleasant personality and professional grooming

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✅ Previous Front Office / hotel experience will be an advantage

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Welcome and assist guests professionally

• Handle guest check-in and check-out

• Manage reservations and room allocation

• Handle guest queries and requests

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments

• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records

• Handle walk-in enquiries and bookings

• Assist with billing and payment procedures

• Maintain proper communication with guests and hotel staff

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required

• Ensure Front Office SOPs are followed

• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area

• Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions
