Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E./B.Tech., B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related discipline.
- Preferred minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, electrical, automotive or high-volume manufacturing, including at least 2 years of training, coaching, process, quality or supervisory exposure.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing processes, standard work, quality control, defect identification, EHS requirements, 5S and basic equipment or process troubleshooting.
- Prior exposure to solar cell or module manufacturing is strongly preferred for process-specific assignments.
- Trainer certification, Train-the-Trainer qualification, assessor certification, quality certification or safety certification is desirable.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for 10th, 12th, ITI and diploma-level participants and to conduct demonstration-led, hands-on learning.
Good facilitation, coaching, observation, documentation and digital-reporting skills, with willingness to work in shifts or travel to manufacturing locations when required.
