Design & Engineering Change Trials and Implementation

Execution of Process Trials for Cycle time, Defect, Cost, Waste Reduction

1.Prepare the Trial Request and sign off from Respective Stakeholder
2.Discussion with Engineering Team Before Trial 
3.Track the Material Consumption and Record it in system
4.Meeting and Discussion with Cross Functional Team for Trial in Manufacturing Process how to Execute the Trial 
5.Collect the Data of Trials as per Trial Request 
6.Data Analysis of Trial data 
7.Report Preparation of Trials 
8.Validation of Design and Engineering change
9.Implementation in System
10.Implementation in Document

Prepare the Trial Request and sign off from Respective Stakeholder

Create Work Instruction of Manufacturing Process along with Machine

Responsible for IMS Documentation update and Revised 

Create Manufacturing BOM 

Change Management (ECR/ECN) documentation

Process Audit and validation

Diploma or Bachelor Degree - Mechanical, Electrical, Plastic, Polymer, Production

Minimum 8 to 10 Years Industrial Experience including at least 5 years of relevant field experience
