Job Specification

• Responsible for Reviewing, overseeing and tracking the CAM Reconciliation/ CAM Audit processes.
• Review lease agreements to extract CAM, tax, and insurance-related clauses.
• Recovery Setup for new leases and maintain existing recovery setup in software like Yardi, MRI, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Prepare tenant reconciliation statements and backup packages.
• Respond to tenant auditors and resolve inquiries or disputes.
• Maintain tracking logs and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Interpret lease terms related to recoveries; assist in preparing annual reconciliation reports and respond to tenant inquiries.
• Support annual budget preparation where required
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CFA
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Good knowledge of Yardi/MRI software
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and CAM/OpEx structures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• To have understanding on US Real Estate industry
