Test Lead
Job Title: Test Manager / QA Manager
Job Description: • Strategize, advise, and plan testing activities across projects • Ensure alignment of testing scope with business and project requirements • Review and approve test plans, test scenarios, and test reports • Coordinate with development, environment, and vendor teams for schedule and environment readiness • Work closely with Product Owners and PMO to ensure confidence in testing deliverables and sign-offs • Provide regular status and progress reports to stakeholders • Manage test execution plans and defect management processes across integration and acceptance testing • Engage with stakeholders for issue resolution and defect triage • Escalate major quality or schedule risks and provide mitigation plans • Participate in requirement discussions and testing governance activities • Guide and supervise Test Leads and QA teams , acting as an escalation point • Prepare defect analysis and root cause reports with lessons learned • Help define quality parameters and acceptance criteria for project delivery • Monitor and control defect activities, resource allocation, and project requests • Manage both onsite and offshore testing teams Required Skills: • Strong experience in test management and QA governance • Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management • Strong stakeholder, PMO, and vendor management skills • Experience with integration testing and UAT coordination • Excellent communication, leadership, and escalation management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience working in Agile and large-scale project environmentsExperience Level
