Job Description

Experience: 9–12 YearsStrong expertise in Watermelon Test Automation Tool, including framework understanding, script development, and execution.Hands-on experience in Life Insurance domain applications, preferably with core systems and digital/web platforms.Proven experience in web automation testing, including designing and maintaining automation suites for scalable applications.Ability to design and implement automation frameworks and reusable components aligned with project needs.Experience in handling end-to-end testing scenarios (NB, policy servicing, claims, etc.) within Life Insurance.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize automation coverage and improve efficiency.Capability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on automation best practices.Experience in stakeholder interaction and solutioning at project/program level.
