Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering lifecycle, emphasizing automation to ensure improved control, precision, and data integrity. Your role includes coordinating with various teams to maintain seamless testing operations and continuously refining methodologies to support product excellence and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing.
- Skilled in collaborating with development teams to integrate automated tests into the software development pipeline.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
