As a Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing HR operations and delivering exceptional support services. Your primary focus will be on leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and resolving queries related to HR matters. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement HR initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for colleagues, addressing their HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in talent acquisition activities, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within HR operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.

  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
