Job Summary

The Network Voice Engineer is responsible for the design implementation administration monitoring and support of enterprise voice and unified communication infrastructure The role includes managing Cisco Voice solutions VoIP platforms Teams Voice integration contact center technologies and voice gateways while ensuring high availability and performance NetworkVoice Word JDs Word

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications environments including CUCM Unity Connection Presence Webex and Voice Gateways

Configure maintain and troubleshoot VoIP technologies using SIP SCCP and H323 protocols

Support Cisco Contact Center solutions UCCEICMCVP call recording conferencing and collaboration platforms

Manage Microsoft Teams Voice integration Direct Routing and call routing configurations

Perform upgrades patches backups hardening and access management of voice infrastructure

Monitor voice network performance and proactively resolve issues impacting service quality

Design and maintain architectural diagrams and voice infrastructure documentation

Coordinate with telecom providers ISPs and thirdparty vendors for issue resolution and service improvements

Conduct incident troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive actions

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident Change Problem and Knowledge Management NetworkVoice Word NetworkSerityVoice Word
