Removing Impediments Identifies and clears roadblocks such as external pressure lack of resources or technical issues that slow down the development team

Facilitating Meetings Runs key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring they remain productive and focused

Coaching the Team Helps the team become selforganized crossfunctional and highly performing

Protecting the Team Shields developers from outside distractions unnecessary interruptions and sudden priority shifts so they can focus on their current tasks
