Senior Manager - F&A

Financial Planning and Analysis: 

  • Monitor and manage budgetary processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts. 
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. 

Financial Reporting: 

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports including balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 
  • Manage Internal/ External Audits and ensure timely submission of response to audit observations and completion of Audit in time bound manner
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. 

Financial Systems and Processes: 

  • Implement and enhance financial systems to streamline processes. 
  • Continuously improve financial and accounting processes for efficiency. 

Cost Management: 

  • Analyze Capex and Opex spend.
  • Monitor and control expenditures within approved budgets. 
  • Ensure compliance to contracts entered with Vendors, Government.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) 
  • 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
