Product Sales Manager-NR-RETAIL NR-NRI Acquisition Centre

As the Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new NRI clients and expanding the bank's presence in the NRI market. You will work closely with the acquisition centre's leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to target NRI clients, utilizing various marketing and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to stay updated on the bank's products and services, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, keeping them updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to align sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Generate and review sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong knowledge of NRI market dynamics and an understanding of their financial needs.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
