What would you do? To be responsible for the knowledge transfer in the areas of Systems, applications and activities that follow Invoice processing process. Responsible for documentation and changes thereof. Ensure that the necessary guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes.
What are we looking for? Enter PO and non-PO invoices accurately into ERP (SAP/Oracle).• Perform basic 2-way/3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice).• Flag and escalate invoice exceptions (price/quantity mismatch).
