As a Policy Analyst in our Support Services-Consumer Risk department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the bank's consumer risk management framework.

• Research and analyze industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform policy development and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align policies accordingly.
• Develop and document comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and ease of implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on policy implementation and interpretation.
• Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes, ensuring the bank's policies remain aligned with the latest requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in consumer-facing processes and systems.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure policies adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present policy-related reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new policies and procedures, providing guidance and addressing any queries.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in policy analysis, risk management, or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations, particularly in the Indian context.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in policy writing and documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
