The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in our Credit Card Sales department, working closely with the sales team to provide valuable data-driven insights. You will be responsible for generating accurate reports and presenting them to the management team, providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales strategies.

• Collect and organize sales data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze sales performance, customer demographics, and market trends to identify patterns and insights.
• Generate comprehensive reports on sales metrics, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain an efficient MIS system, ensuring smooth data flow and easy accessibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar MIS or data analytics role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data handling and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
