Marketing Manager - Digital Banking Kotak 811
As the Marketing Manager for Digital Banking Kotak 811, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's digital presence and driving its growth. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and position Kotak 811 as a leading digital banking solution. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Kotak 811, including online and offline strategies.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to attract and retain customers, utilizing various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a unified brand message.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media outlets.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
