Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management framework aligned with regulatory and industry standards.
• Support the rollout of risk management protocols across all functions of the Asset Management Company (AMC), including investment, operations, compliance, and support teams. 
• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks—market, credit, liquidity, and concentration across mutual fund schemes. Recommend mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to internal risk thresholds.
• Review scheme performance reports and attribution analysis to evaluate fund manager decisions and portfolio outcomes.
• Evaluate risks associated with derivatives, structured instruments, and other complex exposures within MF portfolios.
• Monitor operational risks across AMC functions including fund operations, settlements, registrar activities, HR, and regulatory compliance. Recommend process enhancements and control mechanisms.
• Manage incident escalation protocols, root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure with robust preventive controls.
