Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manufacturing process of the product. Vehicle manufacturing / Assy - Process,Tools, Jigs and Fixtures. New Project execution. Capacity enhancement and R up projects execution. Change management. Capacity Enhancement methods VSM, CPM and PERT etc. SOP and Work station stand ardisation. Capital Budgeting. Equipment planning and Buying process. Knowledge of APQP,PPAP, DCP and BOM etc. Costing and Estimation. Bottleneck identification and improvement plan. Fabrication related jobs,Line side storage,Trolley management
