• Growth Managers drive adoption, engagement, and impact of Sky platforms across Voice distribution, digital and Branch. 
• They bring software product management skills to translate business needs into features, workflows and platform enhancements. 
• They design and execute cross-product campaigns in partnership with product teams, including segmentation, targeting, and performance measurement. 
• The role requires hands-on usage of AI tools to build automations, insights, and productivity workflows. 
• They solve problems using data-driven analysis, journey mapping, and root-cause techniques. 
• They also re-engineer processes to reduce TAT, manual effort, and friction across customer journeys. 
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills are essential
