Must have skills : Java Standard Edition
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend components. This role requires actively engaging in designing, building, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The position encourages exploring and applying emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Collaboration and innovation are central to daily activities, driving continuous improvement and delivering impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microsoft Azure Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models.
- Ability to work with front-end technologies to create cohesive full stack solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
