Digital Communications Executive

Responsibilities

Digital Communications Executive

Digital & Social Media Management:

Assist in executing social media strategies to enhance brand engagement, reach, and visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.

Support content planning and ensure regular and engaging posts, interactive campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Monitor and track seasonal and festive campaign performance to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Assist in online reputation management (ORM) by tracking customer feedback, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive brand perception.

Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports for continuous improvement in engagement and conversions.

Digital Transformation & IT Collaboration:

Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer journey.

Coordinate with IT for digital tools such as Channel Partner Apps, Virtual Call Centers, and Chatbot & AI-driven engagement solutions.

Monitor dashboard metrics and KPIs to track the success of digital initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Website Management & SEO Optimization:

Assist in website content updates and optimization for an improved user experience.

Support SEO strategies to drive organic search growth and enhance website rankings.

Ensure website integration with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Conduct A/B testing and track performance metrics to improve website effectiveness and conversion rates.

Research & Market Intelligence:

Conduct market benchmarking studies to analyze competitor digital branding strategies.

Assist in mystery shopping initiatives to gather customer insights for refining digital branding efforts.

Support customer segmentation and profiling to develop targeted digital branding campaigns.

Monitor emerging digital technologies and best practices to enhance Adani Realty’s digital branding efforts.

Digital Brand Asset Management:

Assist in developing and maintaining digital brand guidelines to ensure consistency across online platforms.

Support the creation and distribution of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and infographics, for digital campaigns.

Ensure that all digital assets align with brand standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

2-4 Years

Preferred Industry:

Experience in digital branding, social media management, or online marketing.

Strong understanding of digital brand management, content creation, and campaign execution.
