What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The role This role is responsible for managing end-to-end PO processes, vendor, contract governance, and coordinating with agencies and service providers to ensure the successful execution of trade and account activities. It also supports customer data management, POSM planning, and contributes to assortment and portfolio execution.

Experience Required Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in marketing or finance Proficiency in?Office 365, Salesforce, PowerBI, Shelfplanning, Coupa, SAP NEO and iCertis, or similar system preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong collaborator and cross functional working experience drive for results. Roles and Responsibilities: •Manage end-to-end PO processes, including creation, accounting, accruals, and clearance via SAP NEO and Coupa for Trade activities Manage MRV (vendor) requests and perform vendor-specific risk assessments Support contract management processes (e.g. iCertis) and ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g. SOX) Responsible for managing processes with service providers and agencies to ensure the successful execution of contracted account activities, with special focus on realizing the portfolio strategy (shelf upgrades -planogramming/retrofit, new outlets, secondary placement, compliance checks etc.) Maintain and validate customer data in CRM system Support planning, tracking, and delivery of POS materials Supports to develop customer/account individual assortment proposals based on market share data and BAT’s distribution priorities Responsible to ensure execution of account activities including planogramming & compliance checks
