What would you do? This role requires a strong understanding on B2B Digital Plans and able to operationally execute the plan through the B2B platform. He/She needs to bring the right B2B insights and learnings to support the planning process. This role need to ensure the objective, functionality and processes are align with organization objective to support business growth and engagement.
What are we looking for? •Microsoft Excel ESSENTIAL Experience Required Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in B2B/B2C digital operations (B2B preferred) Experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing Strong understanding of digital platform management, CRM tools, and operational workflows(Adobe Commerce preferred) Ability to analyse real time data and generate insights Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and above market way of work Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) Strong understanding of digital platform management, CRM tools, and operational workflows( Adobe Commerce experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple above markets & projects in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: •ACCOUNTABILITIES Have good understanding of organization B2B Digital Channel Strategy and Priorities. This role is responsible in supporting the B2B digital operation. Post finalization of B2B cycle plan, this role need to understand and take over the plan and execute through the platform. Activities he/she needs to accountable would be based on functionality applicable for the serving End Markets and ensure the following are being updated in B2B platform, such as: E-Commerce Sales Planning Product Assortment Planning/Targeting & New Product Innovation Promotion & Discounting Loyalty Programme Plan Other retailer compliance activities Co-ordination with content development team to ensure right contents are being delivered and aligned with End Market as per cycle brief and adapted in line with B2B Digital touchpoint He/She is responsible for the deliverable of B2B reports and insight as per End Market plan, KPIs and functionality, and support on data & reporting extraction when needed. Customer Behavioral Insights Web Ordering Tracking Campaign Effectiveness Product Assortment Planning/Targeting & New Product Innovation Tacking Promotion & Discount Tracking Loyalty/Points Tracking Compliance Report This role need to ensure data reflection in the platform and support data/reporting when needed & agreed with EMs Responsible on B2B data & reporting requirements, CRM setup, Customer segmentation, journey planning, and content targeting and collaborate with B2B Admin Team to support the requirements to deliver on time in full. Ensure all required governance are obtained prior to upload and execution on the B2B platform & meet service level agreements
