Role Overview
CRISIL is seeking a CA Industrial Trainee for the Finance Operations Risk & Control team, offering exposure to financial governance, operational risk management, control frameworks, and technology-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities
•    Support monitoring and enhancement of risk & control frameworks across finance operations.
•    Identify control gaps, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
•    Participate in RCSA, control testing, and remediation tracking.
•    Monitor KRIs and prepare dashboards for management review.
•    Document policies, SOPs, and control frameworks.
•    Coordinate on audit observations, control issues, and corrective actions.
•    Drive process optimization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
•    Leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and insights.

Desired Profile
•    CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
•    Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial principles.
•    Hands-on orientation to AI with high affinity for technology.
•    Tech-savvy with working knowledge of AI tools and digital solutions.
•    Exposure to AP/AR operations (preferred).
•    Exposure to finance audit (preferred).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•    Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
