What would you do? This role requires experience in Planning & delivering trainings , client point-of-contact relationships, and transition targets like error-free, on-time go-lives . The professional will safeguard operational quality by strictly adhering to process Desktop Procedures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) on errors, and maintaining updated documentation (DTPs). Key leadership expectations include evaluating team process knowledge, leading training interventions, and driving continuous improvement ideas.
What are we looking for? This role requires experience in Strategy & Process Optimization, Demand Planning & Inventory Management, Vendor & Sourcing Management:, Logistics & Distribution Coordination, Collect and analyze supply chain metrics (KPIs) to track cost management, Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and minimize operational or reputational risks affecting the supply chain. Key leadership expectations include evaluating team process knowledge, leading training interventions, and driving continuous improvement ideas.
Roles and Responsibilities: Curate and Deliver domain and functional trainings, Manage, coach, and evaluate resource competency, performance, conduct trainings and continuous pulse checks. Knowledge Management & Knowledge retention, conduct regular process knowledge assessments, bridge knowledge gaps, and ensure standard operating procedures (DTPs) are continually updated. Doing Training Need Identification and Analysis
