Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with B2B Customers to build new Business and sales for the company. This candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically, manage end to end to process from lead generation to customer presentation/ demo onwards to converting it into a sales. The candidate should be able to make plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute them. Focus area for the person will be SaaS based IT solution sales & Business Development in "Business Process Automation Solutions" and "Manufacturing and Logistics Operations Solutions".


Responsibilities

• Identify potential customer universe.

• Build communication and collateral strategy for the said product.

• Manage End to End sales and Business development process.

• Identify partnership opportunities for the select categories.

• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

• Maintain existing business relationship and help cross sale vertical and horizontal portfolio.

• Think critically & deliver the set sales revenue targets.

• Regional out reach: South East Asia and GCC countries.


Key Requirements:

Experience:

  • 0-1 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within IT consulting, software development, or technology services.

Industry Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of the IT services landscape, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation services.

Sales Skills:

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

Communication:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.

Client Focused:

  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored business solutions. A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering value.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Familiarity with technology solutions and an understanding of how these services can solve client challenges and drive business growth.

Self-Motivated:

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
