Role SummaryLooking for a QA Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in Core Banking testing, complemented by an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution. The role requires a strong blend of functional banking knowledge, QA expertise, and excellent communication/presentation skills to support critical banking transformation programs.Key Responsibilities :Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Core Banking systemsDesign test scenarios, test cases, and execute end-to-end validationValidate banking workflows (Accounts, Loans, Payments, Deposits, GL)Collaborate with business, BA, and tech teams for requirement clarityManage defects (tracking, triage, closure) using tools like JIRA/ALMPrepare and present test status reports, dashboards, and insightsSupport UAT cycles and stakeholder walkthroughsMust-Have Skills :Strong knowledge of Core Banking systems (Finacle / Flexcube / T24 / similar)Understanding of banking products & financial processesHands-on QA experience across STLC / SDLCStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsQualification & Experience :MBA (Finance) – from a reputed college (mandatory)Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / related fields)2–4 years of QA / Testing experience in banking domainGood-to-Have :Exposure to API / Automation testingExperience in Agile projectsAwareness of banking regulations / compliance testingIdeal Candidate Traits :Ability to bridge business and technology effectivelyConfident in stakeholder interactions and presentationsDetail-oriented with strong quality ownership mindsetStructured thinker with consultative approach
