Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Director to lead our commercial team. This role is focused on driving business growth through leading a team that supports advanced Salesforce analytics, market research, pitch book creation, and other commercial activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, business development, and commercial operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to support business growth and client engagement.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and enhancement of pitch books, market research reports, competitor analysis and client presentations, ensuring high-quality and impactful materials.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and deliver regular commercial reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and address challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Champion process improvements and the adoption of best practices in commercial operations and analytics.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to commercial activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business development, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Power BI, and relevant project management software.
