Position: ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

Experience: 8–11+ years (Minimum 5+ years in HRSD)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules: 
  • HR Case & Knowledge
  • Employee Center / EC Pro
  • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Cross‑boarding)
  • HR Catalog & COEs
  • Document Management
  • Now Mobile for HRSD
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub capabilities.
• Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer, HR Templates, and IntegrationHub.
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers; perform code reviews and guide best practices.
• Design and manage integrations with HCM systems (Oracle) BGV tools (AuthBridge), DMS, email/SMS/WhatsApp, and mobile channels.
• Ensure platform compliance with SDLC, ITIL, governance, audit, and change management standards.
• Support UAT, manage deployments, prepare backout plans, and provide production assistance.
• Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade HRSD solutions.
• Good to have below certifications

CSA – Certified System Administrator

CIS‑HRSD – Certified Implementation Specialist 

CAD – Application Developer
