As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Siebel applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques related to Siebel applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development and configuration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
