Website Coordinator Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive website coordinator to manage and maintain our company website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating website content, managing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring website performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and update website content, including products, banners, blogs, and landing pages.
• Upload and maintain product information, specifications, pricing, images, and documents.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure website content is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor website functionality and report technical issues to the development team.
• Ensure all website pages are properly optimized for user experience and search engines (SEO).
• Maintain category structures, navigation menus, and product collections.
• Track website performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in managing promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal website updates.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure content accuracy and website consistency.
• Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and agencies when required.
• Manage and monitor payment gateway integrations, ensuring smooth online transactions and resolving payment-related issues.
• Maintain and update the company's Google Business Profile, including business information, product updates, reviews, photos, and performance monitoring.
