Job Title: Talent Hub – Lead Generation Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify companies with active hiring requirements and connect with potential clients for Talent Hub’s recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify companies that are currently hiring for various positions.
- Connect with HR Managers, Business Owners, and Hiring Managers through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
- Understand the client’s job vacancies, requirements, location, experience, and salary budget.
- Generate qualified recruitment leads and schedule discussions with the concerned team.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and client-connectivity targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B lead generation, business development, recruitment sales, telecalling, or client acquisition preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
