Telecalling Executive

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy features.

Generate and qualify sales leads for the insurance team.

Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and inquiries.

Schedule appointments for insurance advisors or sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Address customer questions and provide basic policy information.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers may also apply.
