Position: Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Customers ko phone call karke company ke products ya services ke baare mein batana.
• Potential customers se leads generate karna.
• Customer ke questions aur queries ka jawab dena.
• Sales aur follow-up calls karna.
• Customer database aur call records maintain karna.
• Daily call targets aur reporting complete karna.
• Existing customers ke saath relationship maintain karna.

Required Skills:

• Achhi communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
• Convincing aur negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude aur customer handling ability.
• Telecalling ya sales ka experience (preferred).

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Fresher aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain.

Salary:

• Company policy ke anusar (Fixed Salary + Incentives, agar applicable ho).

Working Hours:

• Company working schedule ke anusar.
