Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls on abandoned leads for order booking and receive inbound calls to assist customers.
2. Provide clear and accurate information about company products/services.
3. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
4. Maintain updated customer records and call details.
5. Follow up with customers for service updates or support.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
7. Support administrative and coordination tasks related to customer communication.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.
2. Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM systems).
4. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage customer conversations effectively.
6. Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
