Job Title: Debt Recovery agent/ Collection Tele callers Location:Sakinaka

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers and remind them of pending dues.
• Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payment commitments.
• Update collection status in the system on a daily basis.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the concerned team.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• QualificationMinimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
