Sales Coordinator

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, client communication, and order management processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, follow-up abilities, and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries
• Call prospective customers and qualify leads
• Follow up on quotations and samples
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers
• Generate GST invoices
• Coordinate dispatches and logistics
• Maintain Excel and CRM records
• Track inventory and supplier deliveries
• Follow up on payments
• Schedule meetings for management

Incentives

• 2–3% commission on converted business
• Additional monthly performance bonus

Salary₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives 

Working Hours - Monday to Saturday
