Team Leader – Telecalling (Timeshare)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and drive daily performance. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that telecallers effectively convert calls into confirmed venue visits by families through proper training, monitoring, and performance management.

Job Details

Job Location: Work From Home (WFH) – No physical presence required at the venue

Reporting Manager: Aliba Khan

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in the timeshare industry, with prior experience in handling a telecalling team.

Languages Required:

Marathi (Mandatory)

Hindi

English

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working hours may extend on venue days as per business requirements.

Weekly Off:

Sunday: Working

Monday: Weekly Off

If a venue is scheduled on Monday, the weekly off will be shifted to Tuesday.

Team Size: 15 Telecallers

*Key Responsibilities*:-

Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 15 telecallers to achieve daily business targets.

Monitor daily call performance, attendance, productivity, and conversion rates of each telecaller.

Train and coach telecallers regularly to improve their sales pitch, objection handling, and customer communication skills.

Ensure telecallers work efficiently in both individual and team environments while maintaining discipline and productivity.

Provide one-on-one guidance and performance feedback to every team member.

Ensure the team consistently achieves daily appointment and venue attendance targets.

Coordinate with visiting families over phone calls and assist them in reaching the venue (remote support only; no physical presence required).

Attend all scheduled Zoom meetings on time and maintain regular communication with management.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:

Overall team productivity and performance.

Number of families successfully reaching the venue through the team's telecalling efforts.

Achievement of daily and monthly targets.

Quality of team coaching and improvement in telecaller performance.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in the timeshare industry.

Previous experience managing a telecalling or sales team.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (reports, tracking sheets, and data management).

Ability to work independently from home while effectively managing a remote team.

Laptop is strictly mandatory.

Recruitment Support

Recruitment and hiring of telecallers will be managed by the HR department. The Team Leader is not responsible for hiring.
