Job Description

Sourcing Executive / HR Recruiter – Portal Sourcing.


Experience: 1–3 years preferred.


Key Responsibilities:• Source white-collar candidates through recruitment portals and online social media platforms

• Handle headhunting and candidate recruiting for Russia and GCC countries

• Screen profiles as per client requirements

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database

• Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews and further processing.

Ideal Candidate: Strong sourcing skills, good communication and hands-on experience with recruitment portals.
