Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory, stock checks, and product security.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Well-groomed personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
