We are looking for a confident and technically sound Software Demo Specialist to conduct online product demos, explain software features clearly, handle client queries, and support the sales team in lead conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct professional online software demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Explain product features, workflows, benefits, and relevant modules clearly.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and basic technical queries during demo calls.
• Coordinate with telesales, sales, implementation, and technical teams for demo scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper communication etiquette on calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
• Record demo feedback, client requirements, pending queries, and next steps.
• Stay updated with product features, process changes, and software updates.
• Maintain regular reports of demos, client feedback, and follow-up status.

Required Skills

• Ability to explain software workflows in a simple and practical manner.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong client-handling and query-resolution skills.
• Basic understanding of software, web applications, CRM/ERP/HMS or similar products preferred.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
