Senior Account Executive

Job Description – Junior Accountant (Real Estate)

1. Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

2. Handle cash, bank, and ledger reconciliations.

3. Prepare payment vouchers and receipts.

4. Process vendor and contractor payments.

5. Maintain records of customer collections and outstanding dues.

6. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.

7. Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

8. Maintain project-wise expense records.

9. Coordinate with banks for loan disbursement and account-related work.

10. Assist in monthly MIS and financial reports.

11. Maintain proper filing of accounting and legal documents.

12. Support senior accounts team in audits and finalization of accounts.

13. Follow up for pending payments from customers and channel partners.

14. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.
