Job RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of sales counselors while driving student enrollments for our programs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, team handling experience, and a passion for sales and leadership.
- ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of sales counselors
- Drive student enrollments through calls and follow-ups
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets
- Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, and conversions
- Monitor lead follow-ups and maintain CRM hygiene
- Track team performance and share regular reports
- Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead conversion
- Ensure a smooth admission counselling experience for students
- RequirementsMust Have:2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, counseling, or business development
- Prior experience handling or mentoring a small team preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with targets and fast-paced work environments
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Good to Have:Experience in EdTech, education, BFSI, or service-based industries
- Exposure to inbound/outbound calling processes
- Strong people management and coaching skills
