Job RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and guide a team of sales counselors while driving student enrollments for our programs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, team handling experience, and a passion for sales and leadership.

  • ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of sales counselors
  • Drive student enrollments through calls and follow-ups
  • Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets
  • Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, and conversions
  • Monitor lead follow-ups and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Track team performance and share regular reports
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead conversion
  • Ensure a smooth admission counselling experience for students
  • RequirementsMust Have:2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, counseling, or business development
  • Prior experience handling or mentoring a small team preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with targets and fast-paced work environments
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Good to Have:Experience in EdTech, education, BFSI, or service-based industries
  • Exposure to inbound/outbound calling processes
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
