Reliance Jio is hiring for the position of JC Home Delivery Lead at our Bhandup location.

📍 LocationBhandup, Mumbai

• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesManage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within the assigned territory.
• Lead and supervise outbound sales channels to ensure excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and deploy direct sales agents to achieve business targets.
• Conduct regular refresher training on JHD processes and product knowledge.
• Drive lead acceptance and timely lead delivery.
• Manage JHD platform configurations, including agents, stores, PIN codes, and products.
• Plan territory coverage to ensure 100% manpower availability.
• Supervise General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience:Graduates: 4–8 years
• MBA: 2–6 years
• Maximum Age: 34 years
