Sales & Marketing Executive

Sales

• Identify and develop new B2B clients across industries using pneumatic systems (manufacturing, automation, packaging, automotive, etc.)
• Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, procurement teams, and plant engineers
• Coordinate with technical/product teams to prepare accurate proposals and specifications for clients
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM/sales reporting

Marketing & Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor pricing, and positioning within the pneumatic products segment
• Analyze customer needs and feedback to support product positioning and messaging
• Assist in preparing sales collateral, product presentations, and case studies
• Track competitor activity and provide input on pricing and go-to-market strategy
• Support digital marketing efforts (website content, LinkedIn, email campaigns) where relevant
